Industrial Security Associate/FSO

Job Responsibilities Seeking an ambitious leader wanting to be part of a fast growth small business, responsibility  includes  the  personnel security  and  Cydecor’s Certification programs. The  Industrial Security Associate (FSO)  will maintain the Company’s  personnel  security and maintain Cydecor’s certification such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).  Perform administrative duties which include manage training requirements and other duties as needed


Essential Functions:

  • Assist with the maintaining of employee personnel security clearance and visit requests matters in DISS/JPAS
  • Assist with the maintaining of company security files in NISS/DSCA
  • Interface with the assigned regional DSCA Representatives for inspections and other related issues
  • Maintain DSCA compliant Insider Threat Program
  • Administer personnel security indoctrinations and debriefs
  • Manage and report on company-wide security education and training
  • Prepare, track and monitor classified contracts DD-254s
  • Will be the primary point of contact for the accreditation and inspection for ISO 9001-2015
  • Prepare, Lead and follow up with ISO Management meetings
  • Maintain Company profile and submit required reports in NISS


Nonessential Functions:

  • Some travel will be required
  • Attend periodic FSO Security conferences/training sponsored by outside organizations


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years’ experience with DoD Facility Security
  • Experience with ISO and/or CMMI certification process
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Military Experience desired
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate experience level with Microsoft Office products
