This position is based in Shanghai.
Runs customer care center that responds via phone/email/chat/social media to enquiries.
Actively monitor social media/customer reviews/feeds from live deals/active deals
Manages refunds, chargeback processing/response
POC/POE for customer complaints and conflict resolution
Motivates and drives customer satisfaction; measured quantitatively and qualitatively
Passion and drive to serve others; intimate understanding of what makes world-class customer service
Fluent in both English and Chinese
At least 3 years of hands-on customer care experience.
Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to achieve results while working independently; self-starter who sets and achieves goals based on metrics.
