Travelzoo is seeking a Sales Operation Manager to help our business units to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in local operations in Asia Pacific. The successful people will have a strong background in data analysis using Business Intelligent tools and experience in transforming data into actionable insights.
The role should cover collaborating with financial reporting and IT teams to develop initiatives and strategies that optimize costs and improve internal and external reporting.
This position is based in Shanghai.
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
Manage and improve the Salesforce operation, in order to help the overall business performance and growth.
Prepare and conduct system training to sales team in Asia Pacific.
Participate in system implementation, configuration, testing and execution.
Plan and monitor sales operation procedures and make necessary improvement.
Address and provide key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources.
Generate reports and oversee budget.
2+ years’ experience in salesforce admin or programming role
Good understanding of financial reporting, operational metrics or metrics used in analytics
Demonstrated experience in data visualization and data discovery using different data sources
Computer literacy a must
Knowledge of basic e-commerce and site tracking methodology
Proficient in English and Chinese
