Here's where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Building Energy Analyst - Technology to join our team as a member of our growing Technical Services Mountains division. 


You're great at:

Project Support

  • Deploy and maintain data analysis and visualization tools (i.e. dashboards) for analyzing energy and operational data from buildings.
  • Analyze utility, meter, and building operational data using advanced analytical tools to assist with identifying low- and no-cost operational improvements.
  • Utilize systems for acquiring data from various sources and managing the data repository.
  • Access building automation and other systems to extract data for analysis.

Project Coordination

  • Support projects and project teams with tools and technology used for commissioning and energy management related work.
  • Deploy data analytics and visualizations for projects including ongoing support.
  • Manage time effectively across several different projects.
  • Collaborate and coordinate support across Technical Services teams.


  • Demonstrate proficiency in technical writing.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver on critical project technology deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What we would like to see from you:

  • BA/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent field of study or equivalent work experience required.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical analysis techniques required. 
  • 3-5 years of commissioning, energy or engineering-related work experience
  • Experience creating or utilizing data visualizations preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure, SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, React, Tableau and experience working with large datasets preferred.
  • Knowledge of fault detection and diagnostics preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
