Impark is currently looking for a temporary (12 month contract) full-time Assistant Manager to work at our London, Ontario location.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily revenue in accordance with the Daily Revenue Policy and Procedures
Respond to and handle client requests and/or issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction  
Ensue all staff are following company policies and procedures
Initiate and follow up on customer requests
Ensure parking passes are delivered to customers and oversee parking program
Process, transfer and cancel monthly parking passes
Process daily revenue in accordance with the Daily Revenue Policy and Procedures
Ensure equipment is functioning properly and/or initiate requests for maintenance
Responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements
Responsible to manage accounts receivable records including monitoring and follow up with branches for collection
Other duties as may be assigned
 
Education
College diploma in business
 
Related Experience & Skills
2-4 years experience
Superior organizational and time management skill
Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and to adapt to changing priority schedules
Valid driver license
