Republic (RPS) is looking for a full-time Operations Manager for our properties/areas in Louisville, KY.

Shift/hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday- Friday (with flexibility to respond to client needs and special events)


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Operations Manager with his Duties
  • Supervise all Operational Duties, including maintenance, enforcement and garage operations
  • Develop and Train Managers and Employees to Meet Performance Standards
  • Implement Employee Training Programs
  • Recruiting & Hiring of Staff
  • Monitor Utilization of Facilities
  • Oversee Event Management Duties
  • Manage Key Vendor Relationships
  • Perform Operational Audits of All Areas of the Operations
  • Develop Inventory Programs for all Equipment & Supplies
  • Creating Work Orders in the FIIX Maintenance Program and train staff how to create work orders
  • Complete operational reports
  • Work closely with IT/Revenue Control Manager on Genetec issues and repairs
  • Perform Weekly Operational Facility Inspections
  • Managing the VATS Software, ensure handhelds are all properly programmed
  • Oversee the Fleet Maintenance Program
  • Hold regular safety meetings in accordance with OSHA
  • Working knowledge of Parking Enforcement managing processes


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 Years Parking Management experience with CAPP designation preferred
  • Experience leading a team
  • Advanced Verbal Communication & People Skills
  • Advanced MS Office and Internet
  • Reliable Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Coordinate Multiple Projects Simultaneously
  • Strong Preference will be given to candidates that have experience in large garage operations in a multi-use environment located in a downtown CBD.
