Impark is currently looking for Customer Service Ambassadors to work at our Milwaukee, WI location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift.
    • Adhering to Impark dress code for proper attire and grooming.


  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
    • Keeping money secure;
    • Reporting all odd occurrences or strange persons to a manager or supervisor


  • Responsible for performing electronic and manual cash transactions with accuracy and precision.
    • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers;
    • Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and greeting;
    • Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand;
    • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand;
    • Ensuring your cashier equipment and handheld device are operating throughout your shift;
    • Reporting all overages and shortages;
    • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly;
    • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently; and
    • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Related Experience & Skills

  • Must have at least one (1) year of previous cashiering or cash handing experience;
  • Displays a great customer service attitude;
  • Reliable and responsible;
  • Take Pride in their work;
  • High level of integrity;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; Excellent math skills; and
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
