The Account Manager develops and maintains customer relationships with the primary objectives of creating an excellent client experience; ensuring the successful delivery of AB Phillips total risk, insurance and service solution; and maximising revenue of the portfolio thus contributing to AB Phillips’ new business growth objectives. The Account Manager also services an existing portfolio of clients by providing professional insurance and financial services designed to identify and fulfil client needs.
