Lead monthly generation and publication of financial statements and analysis. Prepare and analyze the monthly balance sheet and cash flow statements. Prepare and analyze financial performance measures. Provide management with accurate balance sheet projections based on annual budget and actual performance. Lead trainings to educate Accounting team members on proper reconciliation and analytic review procedures. Lead the annual Company wide budget planning and revision process. Lead annual financial audit and assess and implement proper internal controls. Work with thew branch locations on their operational financial reporting. Assist with selection and implementation of Financial Reporting and Budgeting software. Perform other related duties as required. Work in alignment with Graniterock Safe Work Practices, Core Purpose, Values, and Objectives and support "One Company" principles.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
SKILLS: Knowledge of general accounting and economic principles. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to management. Detail oriented with ability to prepare clear and comprehensive oral and written reports and presentations. Professional, highly motivated, team oriented individual that has the ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Strong Excel and report writing. Knowledge of GAAP, and tax reporting and compliance.
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years preparing and presenting various financial reports and analysis.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in advanced financial reporting and knowledge of J.D. Edwards ERP, Crystal Enterprise Reporting, Insight Reporting or other financial reporting software. Prior experience with Business Intelligence software and Tableau.
OTHER COMMENTS: Must have valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record.
