As we continue to grow our business, we’re seeking an associate, project coordinator. The person in this role will collaborate closely with our team of consultants and directly with clients to help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. The associate, project coordinator will be responsible for administering assessments, surveys, and evaluations, and for coordinating materials and shipments for workshops and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Administers online assessments for multiple clients, providing customer support and troubleshooting as needed, sending status updates to clients, and working to maximize completion rates.
Coordinates the ordering, printing, assembly, and shipping of reports, binders, workshop materials, etc.
Types and organizes notes from client events and meetings. Compiles training evaluations and other surveys.
Provides support to consultants and other members of the delivery team. This could include helping to produce deliverables, conducting research, analyzing data, and coordinating projects.
Learns about each client’s needs by asking good questions of the project lead or consulting team members; learns to customize deliverables to meet these needs.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, reads and routes incoming mail, and performs other administrative duties.
Ideal candidates will have:
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Related internships or positions in human resources, training and development, and/or administrative assistant or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience administering evaluations and/or assessments is preferred.

Take initiative and be able to respond quickly to requests and problem-solve effectively.
Be computer savvy and proficient with multiple applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of assessment tools, Survey Monkey, and/or design software is a plus.
