Responsible for gathering and generating business requirements across multiple business units for Credit Origination department and its projects.  Document systems and functional requirements that align with bank's system development and project life cycle (PLC).  Serve as project lead and liason between the business units and Systems Administratior to implement and maintain the Loan Origination System (LOS).
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Management Systems, or equivalent work experience. Detailed understanding of systems, software, applications and database architectures a must.
  • 3-5 years of professional level experience in Information Technology especially with relational databases preferred.
  • 1-3 years of banking experience preferred.
  • Business Analyst certification from a well-respected professional organization (e.g., IIBA, PMI) preferred.
  • Familiar with business and systems analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycle and business processes preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of related work experience in supporting mission critical web based applications, collecting and documenting business requirements required. Familiar with relational databases, scripting and batch files.
  • Excellent analytical perceptive, and persuasive skills to review a situation, identify opportunities and influence direction and choice.
  • Good knowledge of the Bank's Project Life Cycle (PLC) process and documentation.
  • Effective planning, time management and visioning skills to manage multiple, competing deadlines and projects.
  • Strong communication skills to include active listening, presentation, writing and speaking.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to gain clients' confidence, trust and respect.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a rapid and changing environment.
  • Training and/or work experience in problem resolution strategies.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work professionally, courteously and efficiently with customers, vendors and Bank personnel at all levels.
  • Able to plan, organize and budget.
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
  • Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
