Description
Manage and maintain Enterprise Technology Management’s (ETM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, including set-up and use of asset management software.  Oversee technology asset management (hardware and software) lifecycle to ensure compliance with overall program and reduction of risks associated with asset inventory.  Ensure asset management tasks are appropriately performed.  Train stakeholders on the intent of the program, use of asset management software when implemented, and develop processes to validate compliance with program to insure accuracy and completeness of asset inventory.  Perform analysis and management reporting for asset management program.  Manage IT Asset management program analyst.

Qualifications

  • 4 years’ experience in program analysis and/or inventory management and control required.

  • Must have familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, preferably in banking required.

  • Experience in a related technical field, such as management information systems, program structure or development, business analytics, requirements definition, or similar work preferred.

  • Experience planning, preparing, coordinating and/or delivering training to users of information management systems preferred.

  • Provide oversight and management for overall asset program.

  • Analyze program requirements and assessment methodology to align with FHB data requirements and risk practices.

  • Collaborates with technology areas to ensure appropriate on-boarding and off-boarding processes and documentation are performed and submitted on a timely basis

  • Develops lifecycle and works with team to insure software operating as expected and produces results appropriately.

  • Manage audit requests and follow up activities as they pertain to the Program.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
