Manages the banking relationship with a portfolio of business customers. Responsible for all sales of credit and non-credit products and services by calling potential and existing customers to develop new business and increase (cross-sell) or retain existing business, guiding the credit department in its analysis of financial information for new or renewed loans, and making decisions on loans within their own lending limit. Makes recommendations for approval to the appropriate approving party.
Must have solid written and oral communication skills to make internal and external presentations.
Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of retail and commercial products and services in the financial services industry, including but not limited to, loans, letters of credit, payroll, cash management, depository services, merchant services, and trust services.
Bachelor's degree in Business and/or related discipline required.
Prior experience in consumer and small business lending required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office highly desirable.
The position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). Online registration must be completed and accepted no later than 30 days from employment or transfer date.
