We’re looking for an O365 Migration Support Engineer to join our growing team.

 

 

 

In this role, you will:

 

 

 

  • Serve as a technical resource and support in Office 365 and related technologies. Assisting the environment through day to day hands-on tasks.
  • Support troubleshooting and incident resolution events and consult with business stakeholders to implement solutions to business needs.
  • Assist in documenting Office 365 standards and tools and support processes.

  • And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms is an essential skill.
  • Must have strong customer service skills, 2-3 years Help Desk Support providing infrastructure support (email, hardware, passwords, etc.) and ideally prior experience with migrating to O365 specifically with Outlook.
  • Ability to work well with both the technical and business sides is important.
