We’re looking for an O365 Migration Support Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a technical resource and support in Office 365 and related technologies. Assisting the environment through day to day hands-on tasks.
Support troubleshooting and incident resolution events and consult with business stakeholders to implement solutions to business needs.
Assist in documenting Office 365 standards and tools and support processes.

And because we work with clients, excellent communication skills are important – both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman’s terms is an essential skill.
Must have strong customer service skills, 2-3 years Help Desk Support providing infrastructure support (email, hardware, passwords, etc.) and ideally prior experience with migrating to O365 specifically with Outlook.
Ability to work well with both the technical and business sides is important.
