SUMMARY:           

Scope includes a rent role in excess of $200,000/month and a tenancy that averages slightly over 600 persons. The facility includes 52 separate apartment buildings and a multi-purpose building that includes, retail market, laundry facility, clubhouse and fitness center as well as a pool.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of staff and facility issues related to, maintenance, fire and safety inspections and day to day operation of the entire facility.
  • Preparation of and subsequent leasing of apartments to employee tenants as well as matters related to arrears of payments, evictions, roommate issues etc.
  • Coordination of Community Affairs meetings as well as the Community Affairs board that handles matters related to quality of life issues for tenants. Including but not limited to highest and best use of the facility, safety, sanitation, landscaping, occupancy matters as well as parking and resident security.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring employees; planning, assigning and directing work; training employees; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
