Responsible for the efficient operation of the different rides, midway games and Motion Picture Theater to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the customers and employees of the organization.




·        Checks and tests the assigned rides and/or Motion Picture Theater at the start of the shift to ensure that these are in good running condition.

·        Informs immediate supervisor any problems or equipment breakdown.

·        Inspects and tests the belts, bars and other safety devices to ensure that these are working.

·        Greets patrons taking their tickets and explains to them the different safety rules and regulations.

·        Assists and observes patrons boarding the ride to ensure that they are safely seated without being overcrowded and safety belts or bars secured.

·        Moves controls to start the ride and stop after allowed time of motion.

·        Spaces rides operated in cars or sections to avoid danger of collisions.

·        Closes the ride in case of equipment breakdown and coordinates with ride maintenance regarding the same.

·        Closes and secures the rides at the end of the shift.

·        Checks the midway games at the start of the shift to ensure that these are operational.

·        Stocks the midway games with the required prizes as necessary.

·        Operates manually all midway style games including the electronic and static games.

·        Sets up the Ticket Redemption booth.

·        Sees to it that it is well stocked with prizes.

·        Tends the Redemption Booth and awards prizes in exchange for the number of tickets won by the patrons in the midway games.

·        Maintains a change bank.

·        Makes buys according to the gaming regulations.

·        Maintains the general cleanliness of the Redemption Booth and amusement area at all times.

·        Performs other duties as may be assigned.








To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

·        Minimum 18 years of age.

·        Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

·        Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

·        Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.

·        Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

·        While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop and kneel. Frequently uses hands to handle objects, tools and operate equipment.

·        The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or in progress.



·        A non-gaming card required.



Must be able to effectively communicate in English.



Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 



Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
