The Slot Performance Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of slot gaming devices, technicians and non-gaming devices and their performance, both operationally and financially. Responsible for the overall maintenance on all slot equipment, both gaming and non-gaming. Supervision of the slot technician staff. 


  • Assist with new machine purchases and/or conversions and the sale of used machine inventory.
  • Ensure all electronic gaming devices are in compliance and within gaming and department guidelines.
  • Responsible for ordering of any slot-related equipment for machines or operations.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance program is being properly conducted.
  • Responsible for the hiring, training, developing, payroll, promoting, measuring performance, disciplining and scheduling of slot technical staff.
  • Develops and implements plans to ensure effective use of labor.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Understanding of and experience complying with gaming regulations, both operations and technical standards
  • Working current knowledge of the various slot and video games, technology and equipment found on the casino floor.
  • Experience with slot machine diagnostic monitoring and tracking.


Minimum three years Slot Tech experience within a slot gaming operation. High school diploma or equivalent.
