The Surveillance Manager directs actions and monitors behaviors of Surveillance staff to ensure protection of premises to maintain order, enforce regulations, and ensure observance of applicable laws.


  • Directly manages Surveillance staff; recruits, hires, coaches and manages performance and development. Accountable for effective oversight of property’s financial and operational areas to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Provides property’s upper management with updates and briefings on current information.
  • Leads property’s regulatory surveillance program through direct involvement; ensures the program encompasses the full scope of the property’s business activities; assesses and addresses current and emerging risks and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Supervises the activities of Surveillance staff in assessing the adequacy and monitoring of the property’s internal risk controls. Coaches and guides staff in identification of current or emerging risks and determination of risk exposure. Interacts with property management regarding risk management strategies.
  • Evaluates existing gaming policies, procedures and systems to make improvement recommendations.
  • Must be able to perform all duties of a Surveillance Supervisor (including schedule and report writing) and Surveillance Agent.


Minimum 5 years previous experience in similar position within the gaming industry.
