The Surveillance Supervisor acts as a direct liaison between surveillance room activities and the Director of Security & Surveillance, and assumes responsibility for the efficient operation of the Surveillance room. Manages the department in the absence of the Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a direct liaison between surveillance room activities and the Director of Security & Surveillance, and assumes responsibility for the efficient operation of the Surveillance room.
When assigned to the CCTV monitoring room, “patrol” the facility through the use of pan, tilt and zoom cameras and record all pertinent activity on the digital recording system. Maintain a log of events as they occur and complete incident reports as circumstances dictate.
Ability to use a computer, including EnduraOne, Pelco Surveillance Systems, Internet (Web based) products, and Microsoft Office products.
Ensure monitoring of drops, soft count, and transfers of funds/assets.
Monitors gaming conducted at slot machines.
Monitors operations conducted at cashier cage and team member bank.
Monitors the operations conducted at automated bill breaker machines, automated gaming voucher and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines and automated teller machines.
Monitors the count process conducted in the count room.
Monitors the entrances and exits to the facility, the gaming floor and the count room.
Monitors all gaming conducted at the table games and poker games.
Records movement of table game boxes.
Trains and evaluates Surveillance Agents.
Ensures the proper security and chain of custody is maintained on all department evidence.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar position within the gaming industry. Thorough knowledge of table games and poker games required.
