Manages all operations of the Casino Cage at Primm Valley Resorts, Whiskey Pete’s and Buffalo Bills including the Players Club and the Lotto Store. The Director will ensure proper staffing, delivering on MORE Guest Service, and accurate financial transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain credit and collection policies.
Display a thorough knowledge of Title 31 and NGCB Gaming Regulations to ensure compliance.
Coordinates with Marketing and Front Desk regarding on guest events.
Communicating to the staff about the promotions for events.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Cage areas and cage equipment.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of fraud prevention and credit scams.
Verify all transactions as needed
Other related duties as necessary
Responsibilities include training employees; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Trains new hires on all operational procedures and MORE Guest service standards.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Applicable knowledge of casino cage systems, not limited to AS400 CMS, IGT Patron, EDP Etime, Taleo Recruiting, Everi TX Machines/ATM
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least five years of Cage Cashier experience
Three plus years of managerial experience, preferably in a Cage/Casino environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
NGCB Gaming Registration
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
