SUMMARY:

The Guest Service Department Supervisor is responsible for supervising all guest service staff.          

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safeguards asses of the company.
  • Keeps the Gift Shop stocked at all times.
  • Keeps monthly gift shop sales and club merchandise inventory.
  • Creates players’ accounts and prints players’ cards.
  • Assists Marketing Manager with any other duties designated.
  • Periodically provide operational overview as defined in Chapter A – Job Descriptions. The scope of the overview provides no additional authority outside of their job description and must comply with reporting relationships, signatory ability, access to sensitive areas and other requirements outlined in the internal controls.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Trains, manages, directs and supervises all personnel assigned to guest services operations.
  • Manages a weekly schedule for the Players Club.
  • Responsible for conducting promotional drawings and giveaways.
  • Implements guest services policies and procedures as directed by the Marketing Manager.
