The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans are realized. The Human Resources Manager position will also include facilitation of new hire orientation, onboarding of new employees, and leadership development along with internal communications and overseeing employee events.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three years of Human Resources Generalist experience, College Degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Worked in management positions within a Human Resources function and ability to facilitate classes as required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
NGCB Gaming Registration is required
A Driver License is required
