The Marketing Coordinator foremost role is to assist in the marketing team in implementing productive marketing strategies and plans.  Assist in the overall success of marketing promotions and programs as designated by the marketing team.  Responsible for guest inquires, supports marketing promotions (drawings, giveaways, special events, etc.) and coordinating Charter Bus Groups.


  • Assists the Marketing department in interacting with various marketing services.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business/marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with social media content strategy, implementation and monitoring duties as assigned.
  • In conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing is responsible for creation and execution of successful promotions and events including large retail promotions, slot tournament and VIP events.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in development of advertising material
  • Assist Marketing Manager in maintaining internal marketing materials such as brochures, lightfaces, signs, posters and digital marquees
  • Writing rules and regulations for promotions and special events as assigned.
  • Coordinates with other departments as necessary to ensure successful events.
  • Responsible for greeting all bus groups, distributing bus coupons and communicating property information to bus passengers.
  • Responsible for creating players cards and coupons for all bus groups
  • Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
  • Complies with and upholds company expectations including but not limited to policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
  • Communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that impact the business.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all happening on property and in the market.
  • Other duties as required.


• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience casino/hotel, customer service, host, or telemarketing experience required.

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
