The Food & Beverage QSR Manager coordinates food and beverage Front of House activities of the Food & Beverage QSR outlets by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining comparable sales growth, profitability, Genuine Service and Team Member relations. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts sales transactions accurately and quickly.
  • Enters all transactions into a basic computer cash register, accepts payments by cash or credit cards, and accounts for all funds.
  • Performs daily station cleaning, stocking, and merchandising as instructed by management. 
  • Supervises staff and responsible for store operations during shift.
  • Accomplishes shift breaks by documenting unit inventory count of designated store products and cash bank count at the beginning and end of every shift.
  • Completes shift sheet accounting. 
  • Takes measures to preserve the safety of employees and all others in the work location.
  • Secures all funds in safe or register. 
  • Makes timely drops and maintains cash drawer at or below maximum level.
  • Accepts, verifies, and documents store deliveries. 
  • Reviews and checks customer credit cards strictly following company policies and procedures.  
  • Performs daily cleaning duties such as floors, prep areas, front line and walk in coolers.
  • Takes reasonable precautions and measures to protect company assets
  • Provide excellent customer service in the QSR outlets.
  • Make all menu items required by all QSR outlets. 
  • Training is provided to learn how to become a Sandwich Artist (Sandwich Maker/Cashier/ Barista Ect.).
  • Applicant will become certified in all QSR areas to include but not limited to, cashiering, and product prep for current shift and next shift.
  • Applicant will be required to enter all transactions into register, accepts payment for all funds.
  • Applicant will be required to keep all register receipts organized and all refunds and voids documented correctly and signed by manager only. Environment is extremely fast paced.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience in a similarly sized Food & Beverage operation. Training, scheduling and front and back of house experience preferred.

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

Health Card,  Alcohol Awareness Card
