The Manager of Player Development maintains close ties with targeted players through personal contact to generate designated incremental gaming revenues. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
  • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
  • Develop and manage the player development area to cultivate new and reactive relationships with high-worth casino guests.
  • Develop and administer incentive program(s).
  • Develop and implement VIP player programming to build casino business.
  • Responsible for ensuring business growth and satisfaction of revenue objectives.
  • Coach marketing team in how to build player relationships with new and inactive players.
  • Monitor progress of new and reactivated customers leveraging VizHost.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports for own department, other departments and management.
  • Directs the appropriate flow of information to employees and upper management.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Provide suggestions to management for player promotions, customer acquisition, player development and enhancement of customer service experience.
  • Performs all related duties as directed by the Vice President of Marketing. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Five years of progressive casino experience preferably in Table Games, Slots, Marketing or Casino Marketing.
