Bus Promotions Manager

Oversees the day to day operations of the bus promotions operations. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges. Schedules and prepares the group contracts based on the bookings ensuring that any specials, buffets and/or other benefits are included in the contracts. Inputs the book Contracted vendor bus requirements into the bus program system. Primary point of contact for bus operators and bus guests during visits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain gaming registration
