The Sous Chef is accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, supervising the kitchen to ensure a consistent, quality food product is produced while ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Culinary school graduate preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years in food and beverage management positions and thorough experience in the development of operating and capital budgets, staff planning, purchase and control of operating equipment and point of sale systems.
