The Amusement Ride Associate is responsible for the efficient operation of the different rides, midway games and Motion Picture Theater to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the customers and employees of the organization.


  •    Checks and tests the assigned rides and/or Motion Picture Theater at the start of the shift
  •    Maintains a change bank and cleanliness of rides
  •    Informs immediate supervisor any problems or equipment breakdown.
  •    Inspects and tests the belts, bars and other safety devices to ensure that these are working.
  •    Greets patrons taking their tickets and explains to them the different safety rules and regulations.
  •    Assists and observes patrons boarding the ride to ensure that they are safely seated without being overcrowded and safety belts or bar secured.
  •    Moves controls to start the ride and stop after allowed time of motion.
  •    Spaces rides operated in cars or sections to avoid danger of collisions.
  •    Closes the ride in case of equipment breakdown and coordinates with ride maintenance regarding the same.
  •    Closes and secures the rides at the end of the shift.
  •    Checks the midway games at the start of the shift to ensure that these are operational.
  •    Stocks the midway games with the required prizes as necessary.
  •    Operates manually all midway style games including the electronic and static games.
  •    Sets up the Ticket Redemption booth.
  •    Sees to it that it is well stocked with prizes.
  •    Tends the Redemption Booth and awards prizes in exchange for the number of tickets won 


Must be at least 18. 1 year customer service experience.
