The Entertainment Manager coordinates contracts for lounges, facilitation of contractual obligations for concerts, show on-sales, while maintaining lead ticket processor in box office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate events at all properties as needed, at the direction of Director of Entertainment.
  • Coordinate staff and ticketing procedures in the box offices.
  • Assist Director of Entertainment with drawing or proofing contracts for lounges.
  • Assist with the facilitation of contractual obligations for concerts, such as coordinating rooming lists, catering, and tickets with appropriate departments.
  • Coordinating concert on-sales with TicketMaster or appropriate ticketing agency, while maintaining lead ticket processor in box office.
  • Coordinate events at all properties as needed, such as assisting with Casino Marketing events, shows at various Casino locations. At the direction of Director of Entertainment coordinate staff and ticketing procedures in the box offices, including scheduling and reporting.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

3 years experience in an entertainment, ticket sales-based role strongly preferred.
