TNTP seeks a full-time Program Manager to support the School Turnaround and Transformation Team as they help school leadership teams improve student achievement. This position can be based from a home office in Atlanta or the surrounding areas and is available immediately.

Staff on TNTP's Client Team work alongside teachers, school leaders, districts and states to help them achieve their goals for students. In Atlanta, we’re partnering with Atlanta Public Schools to support a group of turnaround schools to support the school transformation process through coaching and professional development of school leadership including but not limited to principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and lead teachers. Through our work with school leadership, we’ll help to develop and execute the school’s instructional vision, ultimately improving student achievement.
What You’ll Do
The Program Manager will lead the strategy and execution of program operations and services aligned with our goals and drive the analysis of program data. The Program Manager will work closely with the School Turnaround and Transformation team (Project Director, Leadership Coach and Senior Effectiveness Coach) to ensure all school leadership teams and clients have an exceptional experience. TNTP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position with the potential for an annual performance based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering 100% of the employee premium for the base medical plan and subsidizing the majority of costs for a spouse/domestic partner and children.
