TNTP seeks a full-time Director – Shared Services Talent & Culture (HR) for our Talent & Culture department. This position can be based from a home office anywhere in the United States or from the TNTP central office in Brooklyn. This position requires occasional travel for team meetings and retreats, as well as one organization-wide conference a year.

Our Talent & Culture team works to ensure that TNTP can find, grow, and keep amazing people. It leads the recruitment and selection, development, compensation and benefits administration, and performance evaluation of our exceptional staff of educational leaders. The responsibilities of the Shared Services team include administration of HR systems, program management, data reporting and analytics, managing core human capital operational processes (new hires, status changes, leave management, exit processing, compliance reporting, etc.), managing risk and compliance, and partnering on capacity planning/workforce forecasting efforts, all of which play a crucial role in TNTP’s talent strategies.
What You’ll Do
As Director – Shared Services, you will lead the Shared Services team to amazing results by establishing and executing on a vision that contributes to both organizational and Talent & Culture goals. Developing strong relationships and credibility with the business starts with delivering superior Human Resources services that provide the best possible employee experience. You will lead the enablement of our staff by providing workforce forecasting and analytics to drive decision-making, working to consistently improve operational effectiveness through process improvements and ensuring compliance with national, state and local regulations and laws.

TNTP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position with the potential for an annual performance based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering the majority of the employee premium for the base medical plan and subsidizing the majority of costs for a spouse/domestic partner and children.
