Next Street is seeking a candidate that is driven to learn and grow as a critical member of a fast-paced, mission-driven company. This position will work directly with the firm’s Partners and leadership team on a day-to-day basis, which will provide direct access to the operations of the business. As a small firm, we offer significant opportunity to stretch and seek candidates with an entrepreneurial drive and an appetite to contribute in building the firm. The ideal candidate will execute their administrative responsibilities seamlessly and proactively collaborate on other projects as needed or as it aligns with interests. We are seeking a candidate that is open to learning new things and can problem solve independently for a variety of administrative situations. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who is organized, efficient, and motivated to mold and grow this position.
