Job Description:

The eContent Program Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of an eCommerce content program. The eContent Program Manager works cross functionally with content strategists, producers, creative, SEO strategists, copy editing, development and analytics teams to grow our client’s business both on and offline. The eContent Program Manager services both internal and external clients.


● Works with Producers on schedules

● Manages client expectations on scope and deliverables

● Sets up and leads client meetings

● Gathers assets

● Briefs the team

● Reviews work internally

● Develops presentation materials and co-presents work to clients

● Writes and delivers internal revision work orders

● Writes and delivers conference reports post client meetings

● Manages client and internal status meetings

● Manages scope, and hours reporting with the Producer and Director

● Audits published content and troubleshoots any outages with production

Experience and Skills

● Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years client, agency and/or retailer marketing experience

● Experience working in eCommerce, either DTC or through 3rd Party Marketplaces

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Meticulous attention to detail

● Strong ability to plan and organize for success

● Follows detailed workflow processes

● Strong time manager, with the ability to multi-task

● Able to manage multiple large volume projects simultaneously in different stages of development

● Strong ability to solve problems and manage up

● Master in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Docs, Excel and Adobe

● Strong communication skills

● Strong interpersonal skills with a team player approach

● Participates in agency events and training

● Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Flexibility to work extra hours with little to no prior notice

● Ability to travel
