But if you’re a Digital Media Specialist who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get a little dirty, then by all means, please keep reading. Now this job is in Dallas, Texas so we prefer someone who knows how to two-step. Or at least is willing to give it a try. As a Digital Media Specialist you’ll be expected to manage a few things like the preparation and implementation of media plans for clients. You’ll also be fiscally responsible for client media budgets. And if you have CPG shopper media experience, all the better. Lastly, it doesn’t hurt if you happen to like bowling, chili cookoffs and crazy costumes. (We have awesome company events.) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Media Specialist plays a key role within the agency by working closely with our Client Service, Project Management, Creative and Media teams to traffic, schedule, monitor, optimize and reconcile all paid digital campaigns.

  • Monitors campaign delivery, while recommending and implementing optimizations

  • Creates and updates campaign reporting regularly

  • Assists with process flow required to facilitate interactive marketing programs

  • Recommends appropriate ad management and measurement mechanisms to evaluate campaign performance

  • Understands creative sizes, specs and knowledge of paid digital media programs

  • Communicates with vendors by delivering insertion orders, tags and optimizations

  • Establishes a solid working relationship with various internal teams

  • Assists with providing digital education and consultation to teams as required

  • Identifies key metrics to measure program effectiveness

  • Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminars training

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field and 0-2 years agency experience and previous digital media experience require

  • Candidate must have a basic understanding of the interactive space with desire for continual learning

  • Ability to gain respect and work well with internal teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, consensus-building skills, leadership abilities and attention to details

  • Demonstration of strong verbal, written and presentation skills, including good grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Continuous evaluation of process utilizing technical advancement

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker with drive for constant campaign optimization and improvement

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment

  • Actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminars training

  • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification

  • Knowledge of and experience with tools such as; DART, Excel, Google Suite (Adwords, analytics, etc.) Nielsen Suite (@Plan, AdRelevance), ComScore, etc.
