We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our team in NYC. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing events/programs from start to finish. The Account Supervisor will work closely with the Account Director, with a focus on project management and client services.

Who are you?

  • You have 5+ years of agency or client brand experience. You have prior experience working in event management including trade shows and conferences.
  • You have strong client communication skills. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients; leading planning and strategy meetings, standing status meetings, creative discussions and more.
  • You have project management experience. You have created, managed and successfully executed program timelines, fully understanding how to keep a project on track.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized.
  • You have experience in building, forecasting and reconciling all facets of a budget.
  • You will own and manage day-to-day tasks like client presentations, management of team members, field managers and budget tracking.
  • You are a problem solver who enjoys finding solutions. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.
  • You work well in teams, demonstrating leadership qualities. However, you can also work autonomously and understand how to prioritize tasks.
  • You can juggle multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
  • You have the ability to “manage up” as well as laterally across teams, vendors or partner agencies.
  • You have an understanding of marketing, communications and creative principles including event marketing, advertising and relationship marketing.
  • You enjoy travel. The idea of breaking away from your desk from time to time appeals to you. You will travel to and manage events on site.
