We are a seeking an Event Supervisor to join our team.  In this role you will report to the Operations manager and be responsible for running and operating multiple event parking facilities and supervising personnel within these facilities. Work schedule varies depending on stadium events and you must be available to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.  We can guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week, with non-event days being spent in head office assisting the Operations team.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and training for all event staff, including scheduling, keeping track of attendant time cards, ensuring employee safety and compliance to company policy and procedures

  • Event preparation and set up, including rate survey for event lots, meter rate set up, security scheduling, season ticket sales and parking passes set up

  • Ticket/cash audits and float check

  • Follow and enforce Impark’s audit guidelines

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons

  • Working closely with our clients to meet and exceed their required level of service and expectations

  • Office administration including supplies, equipments and invoices

  • Other duties as may be assigned

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in cash handling and ticket processing

  • Previous experience working in a supervisory role preferably in a unionized setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be able to maintain professional demeanor at all times with employees and customers

  • Experience in working with basic computer functions

  • Ideal candidate will have access to reliable vehicle and have valid driver’s license
