The Opportunity:

Impark is currently seeking a customer service focused Parking Manager to administer several parking locations for a key client located downtown Vancouver. This entry level management position will be responsible for successfully handling all business aspects of the contract with a primary focus of effectively dealing with customers parking needs. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of business management experience, excellent client relations and customer service skills. Parking industry experience is an asset. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent grad or someone looking to develop their management skills!

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage all business aspects of parking operations for the operation
  • Maintain an excellent level client relations and customer service
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Procure materials/supplies necessary for maintaining optimal job performance
  • Provide effective leadership and communicate the vision and goals of the organization
  • Ensure that standards of excellence are maintained in all areas of the operation
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of business management experience with an emphasis on client relations, customer service and administration (parking industry experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated with strong client relations and staff management skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to ‘think outside the box’
  • PC Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), level II Excel
  • Hands-on approach to management
  • Bachelor degree in a Business related field preferred or equivalent amount of work experience
