Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and acknowledge guests
  • Process parking payments in fast paced site office
  • Assist customers at parking pay stations and entry exti terminals
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare daily deposits
  • Ensure positive experiences for all Impark partners and clients
  • Ensure work area is maintained to Impark’s standards
  • Use Impark parking systems to conduct customer transactions
  • Work effectively as a team with your Area Manager and Co-Workers
  • Flexibility in scheduled hours as needed 
  • Other duties as required
