Role Summary

The Support Analyst is required to give support to the customers in Brazilian Hubs, and give remote to mobility services costumers, being part of the service assurance team. Candidate will be part of the team that will give 24x7x365 customer support (L1/L2) help to monitor and management of satellite and terrestrial network infrastructure to help to achieve customer satisfaction and maintaining both corporate and contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly Monitor the Network in a proactivity manner, monitor support ticketing system and address client concerns or issues as they occur, and     feed Ticketing System.
  • L1/L2 - Support to technicians during VSAT troubleshooting with the end customer
  • Troubleshooting and solve issues related to incidents, and end-user coordination
  • VSAT activations, commissioning and acceptance with Satellite Operator and remote technicians
  • Interacts with GoC, and open, process and close tickets
  • Complete range of communication abilities and should know how to work as a team.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to operate without direct supervision
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive "team first" attitude\environment
  • Basil Knowledge of Global Enterprise Networks\environments, SATELLITE WAN and LAN



  • Telecom or Computer Networks experience.
  • Working Basic acknowledged
  • Technical studies, or coursing the last year of university
  • MS Office computer skills


Travel & Extra Activities outside NOC-Office

Travel or other activities that are related to Brazil Operation may be required.
