The Support Analyst is required to give support to the customers in Brazilian Hubs, and give remote to mobility services costumers, being part of the service assurance team. Candidate will be part of the team that will give 24x7x365 customer support (L1/L2) help to monitor and management of satellite and terrestrial network infrastructure to help to achieve customer satisfaction and maintaining both corporate and contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.
Travel & Extra Activities outside NOC-Office
Travel or other activities that are related to Brazil Operation may be required.
