Qualifications: 

  • Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills 
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of leading employees, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills •
  • Previous work experience demonstrating strong work ethic, ability to be a self-starter, proactive approach to relationship management and ability to communicate complex issues •
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Description Position Purpose This position is responsible for the provisioning and comprehensive training of all new employees, externs, and rotation students. The incumbent will guide and direct our expanding workforce by creating a solid foundation of knowledge specific to each position filled within the clinic. This position will serve as a critical resource in supporting the clinics goal to provide quality patient care and outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provisions access for all students and new employees
  •  Leads relevant training sessions on each of the applicable systems utilized within the clinic 
  •  Facilitates follow-up training to newly established employees to better resolve questions and concerns after on-the-job experience
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments to more accurately provide training support Provides leadership skills and valuable insight to enhance training protocols and outlines
