Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates success in planning, organizing, and delegating

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Computer skills—demonstrated experience in practice management software and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Preferred 5 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting

  • Experience managing 20 + employees

Description Responsible to create and maintain a smooth workflow process in a high volume OB/GYN clinic with three office locations. Ensures that the office runs efficiently and patient needs are met in a timely and customer service friendly environment.

  • The Office Manager must be able to work without direct day to day supervision, exercising independent judgment.

  • The Manager must be able to analyze problems and draw upon experience and background knowledge to see that solutions are reached and assignments completed.

  • In connection with the clinical supervisor oversees the providers schedule to ensure proper staffing during all clinical hours.

  • I nteracts daily with physicians and staff to ensure proper flow of communication.

  • Manage staff by preparing work schedules, expedite work flow and coordinate time off.

  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to Revere Health policies and procedures. Make changes in process where necessary to ensure conformance to Clinic policies.

  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances or disputes.

  • Manage difficult, financial or emotional patient situations. Respond promptly to patient needs. Ensure good quality patient relationships.

  • Attend and lead staff meetings and other meetings as required.

  • Maintain physician’s schedules

  • Develop office policies and procedures for work activity.

  • Assist administrator with staff education and training.

  • Maintain department focus on customer service.

  • Interview and select new hires coordinating with physicians and administrator.

  • Perform performance reviews with supervisors and oversee and review the performance review process for assigned areas.


Hours:  The clinic is open Monday - Friday.
