Position:   Phlebotomist

Department Lab




  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy training program with phlebotomy certificate.
  • Certified phlebotomist preferred.
  • Prefer 6 month phlebotomy experience


  • Provides support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory including greeting patients, phlebotomy, paperwork completion, and processing samples, and receptionist duties.
  • Maintains day to day lab functions to include phlebotomy, ordering and stocking supplies, tracking specimens, miscellaneous clerical duties, etc.;
  • Maintains a professional image in appearance as well as over the phone.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities.
  • Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients and contributes to building a positive work environment.

Candidates must be able to interact effectively will physicians, other employees and patients and adhere to lab and company policies. This position requires a true team player. This position is for American Fork, Orem, Pleasant Grove and Mt. Point draw stations. Following a 3 month full time paid training, the chosen candidate will work 40 hours per week. Candidate must be available Monday through Friday between 6:45 am and 6:30 pm. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis.

Hours:  6:45 am to 6:30 pm rotating shifts
