Description  Under direction of the marketing project manager, and as part of the in-house Marketing team, the digital marketer will coordinate Revere Health’s online presence. This includes daily website content management, social media management, intranet main page & marketing page management, search engine optimization, liaison with Revere Health’s digital agency, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, advertising, marketing, communications or related field

Required

  • 2+ years coordinating online marketing efforts in corporate setting
  • Ultra-high standards and a passion for exceptional work
  • Strong understanding of major search engine algorithms
  • Proven success improving local SEO rankings
  • Experience managing and creating content for social media accounts
  • Proficient in building WordPress webpages
  • Experience using data analytics and campaign optimization tools
  • Moderate HTML experience
  • Passionate about marketing and contributes to all team projects and general building of brand
  • Passionate about providing relevant content and exceptional patient/user experience
  • Excels in team environment, is strong collaborator, but is self-motivated and accountable to work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet various deadlines simultaneously
  • Well-developed written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Sense of humor, professional behavior, and friendly attitude
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • Experience using software to create landing pages and downloadable content
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Understanding of PPC campaign creation & management, including creative management, conversion tracking and optimization
  • Editorial experience, specifically writing and editing for online, content-based websites

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Website

  • Maintain corporate website and create landing pages for specific campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including inbound marketing efforts
  • Make continual updates, often daily, to website content
  • Work with communications coordinator to create relevant content
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationship with IT to ensure backend web support
  • Track and evaluate website visitor behavior and analytics, and make adjustments accordingly
  • Assist in maintaining Revere Health intranet main page & marketing page
  • Serve as liaison with external digital marketing vendors and internal IT team

Social Media

  • Work with vendors, Communications Coordinator, and interns to create and post in-house, original social media content
  • Function as the main liaison with digital marketing vendors to build, coordinate, optimize and audit digital marketing campaigns

Search Engine Optimization

  • Responsible for overseeing all SEO-related tasks and deliverables in conjunction with Revere Health’s digital marketing/SEO agency
  • Be accountable for improving Revere Health search engine rankings • Stay up-to-date on search engine changes and methods for building brand awareness
  • Oversee SEO link building and content promotion campaigns
  • Provide measurement and performance reporting
  • Stay current on web marketing techniques and make strategy recommendations

Hours:  40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
