Charged with delivering legal solutions to all departments and entities within this global company, the AtriCure legal group is busy and dynamic, handling myriad tasks including but not limited to transactional work, litigation and strategic development. This position will support AtriCure’s Corporate Counsel who is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including both patents and trademarks, as well as serve as a back-up to the Corporate Paralegal. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while exhibiting initiative, a service-oriented attitude, excellent attention to detail, and project management skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with a variety of different departments and level of personnel both within and outside the company.
