POSITION SUMMARY:

The EMEA Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the downstream commercialization and support of multiple product lines. The person in this role is accountable for working with stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations, Finance, and Quality Systems and Regulatory.  

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute effective product launches and ongoing support to achieve sales performance goals
  • Contribute to the overall concomitant ablation franchise strategy and roadmap, and develop business plans to grow the product line
  • Propose positioning, messaging and market segmentation strategies across all EMEA geographies
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and communicate internally to relevant stakeholders
  • Develop product demos, selling tools, and competitive comparisons to drive customer preference
  • Work with direct and distributor sales teams to educate, advise, and interact with customers in support of business goals/objectives.
  • Partner closely with US Marketing team to share best practices.
  • Generally, act as a leader and champion for the concomitant ablation products franchise

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, biomedical engineering, or a related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years successful sales/marketing or related experience within medical device space.
  • Experience with international organizations and customers
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Build and nurture relationships internally and with external customers
  • Analytical and strategic, effective technical writer, and strong moderator/presenter
  • Hands-on and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel 20-35%

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of cardiac surgery, cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, electrophysiology and arrhythmia

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                         

  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull
