Vital Strategies is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Manager for the Overdose Prevention Program. Vital Strategies is funding projects and providing technical assistance on the ground tailored to the overdose epidemic in specific U.S. states. We are assisting local partners in reforming policy, innovating programs, and mobilizing communities at the neighborhood, municipal, county, and state levels. Our work is expanding to include additional states, and we are hiring staff to manage that expansion. New efforts will focus on expanding and strengthening harm reduction services at the city level in those states.
The Senior Manager will participate in program planning and implementation activities related to technical interventions for reducing overdose deaths in specific U.S. cities. The position is based in New York City; some domestic travel will be required for onsite engagement.
