Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of Estimated Remaining Collections on all assets to ensure accuracy of month end database used by all departments
  • Prepares weekly collection reports for Asset Management to monitor monthly asset level performance
  • Compile quantitative analysis of due diligence, budget, actual, and projected cash flows for management
  • Sit as secretary of  and provide weekly reporting packages for the Senior Credit Committee
  • Monitor and forecast collections, operating results, and trends on special business lines
  • Provide 90 day business plans as part of our Policy and Procedures and present to management
  • Organize and compile financial reports for internal/external reporting
  • Prepare various month end reports for internal and external use/reporting
  • Assist with building cash flow projection models, compliance issues, and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Support technology initiatives and process improvement

Minimum Requirements for Position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or 2 years experience in related business
  • Experience in financial concepts including cash flow, WAL, NPV, IRR and ROI
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
