As a leader in medical communications, we are excited to launch our new Academy, which offers world-class training in medical communications for life science graduates who would like to establish a career in the industry.
As part of this intensive training programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your writing and project management skills across a range of medical communications deliverables, as well as have hands-on experience within our exciting global accounts. In addition, you will receive training on topics that are important to medical communications professionals including: Good Publications Practice 3 and healthcare compliance, drug development, clinical trial design and medical marketing.
The Academy provides a solid foundation from which to kick start your medical communications career. You will gain a detailed insight into both Scientific/Editorial and Client Services/Project Management roles to enable you to make an informed choice on the right career path for you. Following the 6-month Academy programme, you will transition into a full-time permanent position within one of our agencies.
To succeed, you will have a degree in the life sciences, ideally with a PhD or MSc, coupled with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience in the fields of oncology, respiratory or neuroscience would be advantageous.
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we are known for our friendly and informal working environment. We are committed to developing individuals to their full potential.
