This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing revenue driving strategies for N3.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of the B2B technology space and Account-Based Marketing and apply this knowledge to create programs, campaigns, and activations that increase awareness of N3’s service offerings and drive demand within this audience. Candidate should also have a passion for leveraging marketing and sales related technology while understanding and maximizing its impact on digital marketing programs. This role works closely with the other members of the N3 Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams, as well as external agencies and vendors.
Leads and contributes to strategic planning and hands-on implementation of marketing, sales and account-based campaigns including messaging, nurture programs, emails, landing pages, website, blogs, marketing content, sales collateral and enablement, client case studies, and meetings and events. This includes some content writing.
Works with N3 Business Development and Sales teams to create sales outreach strategies, programs and messaging, frequently working within SalesLoft
Understands and can apply Account-based and Demand Generation Marketing strategies
Sets, measures, tracks and reports on marketing contribution and program goals and analyzes success of campaigns and programs, optimizing where needed
Supports development and maintenance of social media and website presence, ensuring postings and blogs are frequent and relevant to the corporate branding and messaging strategy
Serves as a project manager to the N3 marketing team, ensuring timelines are set and met for program development and resources are aligned to accomplish program tasks
Collaborates and coordinates with external Agencies / Partners for strategic planning and initiative execution
Collaborates with Marketing Operations to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
Proactively establishes and maintains scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Manages select initiatives / campaigns as senior point of Marketing contact
Required Skills and Experience
5 to 7 years of experience working in a B2B corporate marketing role, within technology greatly preferred
3 to 5+ years in B2B marketing role with experience in demand generation campaign development, deployment and measurement
Experience developing and implementing Account-based and Demand generation Marketing programs
Proven leadership expertise, particularly in partnering with strategic marketing and sales functions, to advise, develop and ensure alignment on demand generation campaign strategy, execution and key KPIs
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university, preferably in marketing, communications and/or journalism
Experience working at a marketing or digital agency managing clients is a plus, as well as experience managing agencies
Strong strategic thinker with ability and drive to implement and execute programs he/she helps to design
Experience using and creating programs with Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) required.
Experience using and guiding use of CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, Dynamics, etc.) as well as supporting integration with Marketing Automation platforms required
Consummate team player with hard-wired “start-up” DNA (e.g. thrive in high volume, fast-paced environment with best balance of empowerment and accountability)
Extremely well organized; Program Manager-level ability to plan, own and deliver critical path projects with ability to communicate effectively while meeting deadlines.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent verbal/written skills.
Ability to problem solve and make professional judgment decisions.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Highly knowledgeable of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, or similar, applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Some experience with Wordpress a plus.
