Provides administrative support to Regional Vice President, Sales (RVP) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Sales organization processes.     
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes and prioritizes tasks to facilitate RVP’s tactical and strategic operation of sales team including coordinating flow of tasks between RVP and Area Sales Directors (ASDs).
Manages RVP’s calendar including planning/scheduling/coordinating meetings and conference calls as well as reserving and preparing facilities for such events.
Responds to RVP’s email correspondence; maintains distribution lists for effective email communication.
Coordinates administrative aspects of projects including assisting RVP and ASDs with creation of correspondence and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; keeps track of request deadlines and prepares required preliminary work.
Researches and compiles reports relative to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Logicalis scorecards.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications         
High School education.
   Experience / Technical Requirements:
2 years experience in a related area. 
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
   May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities 
Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
